Important! When ordering a car from the airport to the hotel, a 100% prepayment to a bank card is required, due to the fact that some people do not show up for the transfer upon arrival;

If you do not find the driver upon arrival at the airport, please contact us immediately to coordinate a pick-up. In case of independent departure without notification, the prepayment is not refunded. To confirm the availability of a driver, we send a photo with the airport in the background and a sign with your name specified when booking;

Important! If the plane is delayed, please inform us in advance. The price includes waiting for the driver for one hour after the plane arrives.
