Blue Hole is an amazing place in Dahab that attracts professional divers and freedivers from all over the world to dive into the abyss of an unusual natural attraction.

The depth of this hole is about 100 m and its diameter is about 50 m. From the sea side, the depth drops sharply to 1000 meters. In the waters of this amazing area, reef fish and a variety of corals are found in abundance. It got its name from the blue color of the water inside the well. This unique natural formation attracts divers from all over the world with its beauty and the opportunity to explore its underwater depths.

Divers can dive into the Abu Galum blue hole and explore its walls, which are home to a variety of sea creatures. The waters around the blue hole are teeming with colorful coral reefs, fish and other underwater life. This place is considered one of the most popular diving spots in the Red Sea.

An interesting full-day excursion awaits you, where you can swim and snorkel in the Abu Galum nature reserve, choose additional hobbies and spend the whole day active in the company of a Russian-speaking guide and other tourists. You will get acquainted with the amazing nature of the Sinai Peninsula and diversify your holiday in Sharm.

What is included in the excursion program*:

• Transfer from the hotel to Dahab at approximately 08:00 (the exact time will be announced after booking, the journey takes about 2 hours, depending on the location of the hotel);
• Check-in at the snorkeling equipment rental point (swimming with a mask and snorkel);
• Arrival at the coast for a camel ride and photo session along the sea, about 10-15 minutes;
• Quad biking for about 40 minutes (only in Point No. 2 and Point No. 4);
• Snorkeling in the Abu Galum Nature Reserve (it is obligatory** to have a flotation vest and fins with you – swimming in this place is prohibited without these things – you can rent them at a rental point);
• Rest and lunch in a coastal cafe (chicken, rice, salad);
• Arrival at the territory of “Planet Canyon”: a walk through the natural canyon, perhaps you will be treated to tea by local Bedouins, if there is time (only in P. No. 1 and P. No. 2);
• Departure by jeep to the colored canyon of Salama and a walk along it for about 45-60 minutes, with the opportunity to take “unearthly” photographs (only in P. No. 3 and P. No. 4);
• Arrival at the shopping area with the opportunity to purchase aroma oils, jewelry or souvenirs (as decided by the guide on the spot. For relaxation and cooling under air conditioning, there are no obligatory purchases);
• Transfer back to Sharm El Sheikh to your hotel at approximately 18:00 (17:00 in winter).

If the guides force you to rent thermal suits, immediately contact our reservation department so that we can pass on the information to the management and they can influence the guides;
• Drinks during lunch ($1-3).

Additional Information:

Important! On the excursion you must take with you the original AND a copy of your passport (a frequent requirement of the police when leaving Sharm);

Teenagers from about 15 years of age are allowed to drive an ATV;

We recommend bringing candy and small change for the Bedouin children, who sell homemade products for $1-2;

The transfer is carried out in comfortable mini-buses with air conditioning.

Take with you:

Original passport and its copy (requirements of the tourist police), water, hat, arafat (scarf for the face and head), sunglasses, coral for swimming or walking in the canyon, wet wipes, sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, comfortable shoes, mask, snorkel and fins for snorkeling (can be rented on site), money for small expenses.
